We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it does occasionally happen that an order breaks down during transport or something else happens that gives you a warranty claim. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that comes to light within two years of delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover or should discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable time. A reasonable time is in any case a maximum of two months. Under circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable.
If you contact us in time, we will arrange for a free repair or replacement.
It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We encourage you to report complaints to us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If this does not lead to a solution, since February 15, 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere then you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
