Shipping Policy
Orders are delivered by PostNL. If you are not at home, the deliveryman will try to deliver your order to a neighbor. If this also fails, the deliveryman will deliver your order to a PostNL point in your neighborhood. You will always receive an email from PostNL with the track & trace code so you can quickly and easily see where your order has been delivered. If you have the PostNL app, you will also receive a notification in the app.

You can track the delivery status of your order via the track & trace code received from us and from PostNL.
Shipping costs
Orders are delivered free of charge within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany (from 50 euros). Under 50 euros we ask a shipping contribution of EUR 4.95.
Delivery time
Foodies in Heels maintains the following delivery times:
- Orders placed on weekdays before 11:59 p.m. are shipped the same day.This means in most cases that these orders will be delivered to you the next day.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday before 11 p.m. will be shipped on Sunday. In most cases, this means that these orders will be delivered to you on Monday.
The above delivery times are indicative and it may happen, for example, due to extra traffic at carriers in certain periods, that delivery takes a little longer.
You do not need an account to place an order. When filling in the details, you can enter the address where you would like to receive the order.
