Delicious and easy salad. Perfect combo between: salty, salty, bitter and sour!

Serve this salad like this for lunch with some crunchy bread, or in the evening with a nice grilled fish. Totally awesome!
1 tablespoon of good olive oil
Juice of 1 grapefruit
1 teaspoon (spicy) honey
sea salt pinch
coarsely ground pepper
1 teaspoon fine mustard
1 avocado
1 red grapefruit
300 grams of spinach
100 grams of feta cheese
1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds
1 large red onion
10 cherry tomatoes
1 half cucumber
fresh mint handful and dill
Starting with the grapefruit, cut off the peel and carefully cut out all the segments
Now squeeze excess juice into a bowl
Cut the red onion into very thin half rings and marinate in the juice of the grapefruit and add a sea salt
Cut the tomatoes into quarters
Toast the kernels
Wash the spinach
Cut the avocado
Cut the cucumber into cubes or half-moons
Now you build up the salad. Start with the spinach in a bowl, over it the tomatoes and cucumber
Make the dressing
Add the dressing ingredients and shake everything up, then add the your avocado, grapefruit and onion. Crumble the feta over the top and finally the sunflower seeds and some freshly chopped mint and dill
Add all ingredients together of the dressing along with the juice where the onions are, stir well, season to taste
