Shipping Policy
Orders are delivered by PostNL or DHL. If you’re not home, the delivery person will try to deliver your order to a neighbor. If that doesn’t work either, the delivery person will drop off your order at a pickup location near you. You’ll always receive an email from PostNL or DHL with a tracking code so you can quickly and easily see where your order has been delivered. If you have the PostNL app or the DHL app, you’ll also receive a notification in the app.
Track & Trace code
You can track the delivery status of your order using the tracking code you receive from us and from PostNL or DHL.
Shipping costs
Orders are delivered free of charge (from 50 euros). Under 50 euros we ask a shipping contribution of EUR 9.95 - EUR 14.95 (depending on destination country).
Delivery time
Foodies in Heels maintains the following delivery times:
- Orders placed on weekdays before 11:59 p.m. will beshipped the same day.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday before 11 p.m. will be shipped on Sunday.
Orders shipped to the Netherlands and Belgium are typically delivered within 1 business day via PostNL. For Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, France, and most other European countries, delivery takes 2–3 business days.
The above delivery times are indicative and it may happen, for example, due to extra traffic at carriers in certain periods, that delivery takes a little longer.
You do not need an account to place an order. When filling in the details, you can enter the address where you would like to receive the order.
