Does your order not meet 100% of your expectations? It is no problem to return 1 or more items to us.
Purchased as a consumer
As a consumer, you have a 14-day cooling-off period on any purchase of an Foodies in Heels product. The 14-day cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day on which you or, for example, your housemates received the item. Once you have registered the items you wish to return via our returns portal, you will receive a returns form and shipping label by email from Foodies in Heels . Put the items to be returned in a shipping box, put the return form in the box and attach the shipping label to the box. You can now have the shipping box returned to Foodies in Heels by your chosen carrier (e.g. Deutsche Post, DPD or another carrier).
Business bought
For business customers, the above return procedure does not apply and there is no legal right to a 14-day cooling-off period for an online purchase.
Purchases made in 1 of our stores
For purchases made in 1 of our stores, we do not give money back, but we do give a credit, provided that the return is 100% in order, was not purchased during a sale and you return the item to the store where you bought it within 14 days.
