Shipping Policy
Bestellingen worden met PostNL of DHL bezorgd. Ben je niet thuis, dan probeert de bezorger je bestelling bij de buren te bezorgen. Lukt dit ook niet, dan zal de bezorger je bestelling afgeven op een afgiftepunt bij jou in de buurt. Je ontvangt van PostNL of DHL altijd een email met daarin de track & trace code zodat je snel en makkelijk kunt zien waar je bestelling is afgeleverd. Als je de PostNL-app of DHL-app hebt, zul je ook een melding krijgen in de app.
Track & Trace code
Je kunt de leverstatus van je bestelling volgen via de track & trace code die van ons en van PostNL of DHL ontvangt.
Shipping costs
Orders are delivered free of charge (from EUR 50). Under 50 euros, we charge a shipping fee of EUR 9.95 - EUR 14.95 (depending on the destination country).
Delivery time
Foodies in Heels maintains the following delivery times:
- Orders placed on weekdays before 11:59 p.m. will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays before 11 p.m. will be shipped on Sunday.
For deliveries to the Netherlands and Belgium, the delivery time averages 1 business day. The delivery time averages 2-3 business days for deliveries to other countries.
You do not need an account to place an order. When filling in the details, you can enter the address where you would like to receive the order.
