Sometimes you just want to lose a few pounds but still be cozy, so now I have the perfect recipe for you. Super lean, healthy, fancy and perfect to make when you have guests over. Of course, you can also serve a potato with it or some mashed potatoes, but without it is just as tasty and perfect in a nutrition plan.

A delicious fish with a nice fresh sauce or actually dressing. That's what makes it so fresh! Can also be served with a nice piece of chicken breast or with grilled vegetables, raw vegetables or in a salad.

Green goddess dressing
4 pieces of cod fillet
500 gr green mini asparagus
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Fry cod in regular olive oil for sautéing. cook gently on both sides until tender. Add salt to last.
Briefly stir-fry the asparagus over high heat.
Drape the asparagus on the plate, top with the fish and then the sauce. Finally, finish with the extra virgin olive oil and some pepper. Decorate with some dill, for example.
