About the author:

Seppe Nobels (Bonheiden, Aug. 23, 1982) is the Belgian chef of restaurant Graanmarkt 13 in Antwerp. He studied at Hotelschool Ter Duinen in Koksijde. After his studies, he gained work experience at La Maison du Cygne (Brussels), Folliez (Mechelen) and Absolutely Swedish (Antwerp). He then worked at Villa Belrose (Saint-Tropez), Osteria Le Logge (Siena) and Le Bistrot d'Eygalières (Provence).
