Warranty

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it does occasionally happen that an order breaks down during transport or something else happens that gives you a warranty claim. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that comes to light within two years of delivery of the goods.

If you discover or ought to discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period of time. In any case, a reasonable period is a maximum of two months. Under circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable.

If you contact us in time, we will arrange for a free repair or replacement.

Complaints

It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing us at [email protected] (Dutch or English language) or [email protected] (German language). 

If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through the WebwinkelKeur Foundation at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.

As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
