These are my all-time Italian favorites.
1 ripe peach per glass
champagne
5 ml peach liqueur (optional)
3 cl cold espresso
2 cl Kahlua
2 cl vodka
ice cubes
coffee beans for garnish
30 ml of limoncello
60 ml of sparkling water
90 ml of prosecco
ice cubes
lemon
You can peel the peach but for the necessary vitamins, you can also mash the skin with it.
So stone the peach and use a hand blender, but even more convenient: a blender. Run it with a small splash of peach liqueur for a few minutes.
Pour this into a glass and now add champagne until your glass is completely full.
Garnish with a sprig of thyme.
Add all ingredients together in a shaker.
Shaking very well is the secret to a nice head of foam.
Optional for a fun twist, replace 1 cl of vodka with 1 cl of orange liqueur.
Garnish nicely with a peel of orange and, of course, 3 coffee beans.
Put the ice in a glass with the limoncello.
Now add the sparkling water and prosecco.
Garnish with a small lemon and some mint, if desired.
