Ginger Oatmeal Cookies


  • 75 grams of almond flour
  • 100 grams of oatmeal

  • 100 grams of dates

  • 4 tablespoons of coconut oil

  • 2 eggs

  • good-sized piece of fresh ginger (about 10 cm)

  • 1 tablespoon of maca

  • himalayan salt

How to

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Put the dates in a food processor and chop them finely. Melt the coconut oil. Then put all the ingredients together and shape them into rounds of the desired size.

Bake them in the oven for 15 minutes. How nice your kitchen is going to smell now :-))

By the way, they are not super crunchy cookies, but they are a bit softer. Delicious!!!! Fine also if your kids like this (with me they like the ginger a little less so I ever make cookies without ginger for the kids) how healthy is this cookie at school! Real energy they get from this instead of a sugar spike from normal cookies.
