Gazpacho Asian Style

A delicious summer soup today. I love gazpacho, but I wanted to give it a twist. Hence this gazpacho Asian Style. Especially on these hot days, this soup is great! Furthermore, it is a topper if you are hosting a dinner party. In fact, you can prepare it perfectly well and leave it in the fridge until your guests are seated at the table. You don't even have to make it warm. How easy can it be! You can further decorate it by sprinkling some black sesame seeds on top or some coriander leaves.


  • 1 jar of grilled peppers
  • 1 cucumber without peel
  • half a red pepper
  • large pick of cilantro
  • 1 clove of garlic pressed
  • small cube of ginger
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar

How to

Wash the cucumber well. Throw everything in the blender and ready. Some ingredients you can add in doses so it doesn't get too sour, spicy, or salty.
