When you have made this sauce/dressing/dip once, it is definitely not going to be the last time! Because: quick, easy, not too many ingredients, healthy, tasty, fresh and applicable in lots of ways. Measure the GREEN GODDESS dressing!

Finally, add whatever herbs you have left in your fridge, because it's delicious with anything and everything, as long as you stay away from: thyme, rosemary and oregano. But mint, parsley, dill, tarragon, chives, cilantro, basil, anything goes in it!
Eat it as a dip with raw vegetables, with a grilled fish, with steamed chicken breast, as a dressing in all kinds of salads. With grilled or steamed green vegetables. Short fried scallops are also a good combination.
3 tbsp coconut yogurt or Greek yogurt
juice of 1 small lemon (or half a large one)
zest of lemon
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Handful of fresh dill
handful of basil
Handful of chives
3 anchovies
sea salt if desired, but in principle not necessary
Add everything together and puree until smooth with a hand blender
