  • We recommend washing each product by hand in hot soapy water before first use.
  • To preserve the integrity of the products (i.e. color, glaze), dishwasher use is not recommended. If you do wish to use the dishwasher then preferably using short program and low temperature. Hairline cracks may appear in the glaze which will enhance the authentic character of the product.
  • The bottom of decanters and mugs may sweat at first. This is normal and disappears over time.
  • All products are made with pottery wheel and hand painted. This means that each product is unique and may vary slightly from similar products in size, color and pattern of painting. Some minor marks in the glaze are normal and can be expected, as can hairline cracks. This is normal and does not adversely affect the life or quality of the product.
  • The products are oven safe but not microwave safe.
