About the author:
Sanne van Lierop decided several years ago to change her diet and cook and eat nutritious, unprocessed, sugar-conscious and gluten- and lactose-free foods. This resulted in amazing relief from her rheumatoid arthritis and irritable bowel syndrome symptoms. She was not always convinced by the taste alone, so she decided to develop the recipes she needed so much as a Burgundian from Brabant. On Instagram and TikTok (@sannevanlierop) she shares recipes almost daily to make it as easy as possible for as many people as possible to eat nutritious, gluten-free, lactose-free, refined sugar-free and often also vega(n) food and to enjoy it.
