A very nice summer dish when you have visitors or as a side dish during the barbecue. Fresh, sweet, savory and crunchy. Everything you need in one dish.
1 slice of a small watermelon
50 grams of feta cheese
40 grams of ricotta cheese
juice of quarter lemon
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried garlic
pinch of black pepper
possibly some more salt to taste
6 raspberries
pistachios
Put all the cheese mixture ingredients in a food processor. Blend it until it is a nice creamy mixture
Spread this over the slice of watermelon
Chop the pistachios and add them along with the raspberries.
Cut the pizza into slices
