The night before your breakfast prepare a bowl with one part yogurt and one part oatmeal. Because the texture of each yogurt variety is different, you do this a bit by feel, of course it should not become concrete. And the texture becomes even more solid during the night. So about 60-40 (yogurt-oatmeal).
Add another spoonful of honey or agave syrup, or if you want to go all the way on the healthy tour, maca. This will also give you a nice dose of energy. Stir this well and put it covered in the refrigerator.
Now you can eat it just like that or opt for a topping, here are some topping choices:
Cocoa powder, possibly coconut blossom sugar or maca if you want it sweeter, stir this into the mixture and sprinkle cacao nibs on top. I say TOP breakfast! Great for the choco-addicts among us.
Fruit Mixture
Cinnamon powder and pieces or grated apple you stir into it. If you make another crunch of toasted quinoa flakes and sunflower seeds. When you sprinkle this on top you have a sort of apple pie experience! (Roast both briefly in a dry pan)
Fresh fruit - strawberries, berries, banana, orange, kiwi etc.
