A delicious vegetarian appetizer. Super easy to prepare and make. The combination of the earthy flavors beet and truffle work very well together. Great appetizer for Easter or make a big platter to share, also fun!
Bag of cooked beet
Truffle mayonnaise
Balsamic (preferably a truffle variety)
Pecorino (preferably with truffle)
Arugula
Sunflower seeds toasted
Salt & pepper
Cut the cooked beets into very thin slices
Drape them nicely on a plate
Finish everything nicely with the various ingredients, starting with the arugula and finishing with the seeds.
