3 in 1- Muesli & Granola & Granola Bar

Now this is typically one of those recipes to make your busy life easier. It is a multifunctional recipe that allows you to create a different product each time with a few additions.

Small explanation before we continue. For me, feeding my body (and that of my family) with healthy products is very important. We have a busy life and I believe that when you make the right food choices you become a happier person in addition to being healthy. In addition, it has to be tasty and easy and I am also into preps. The latter is necessary with three kids and a busy schedule. Besides a healthy body, I also want to look

good in my skin in terms of weight. So I also have to watch my calorie intake.

So: my breakfast during the week is 9 times out of 10: soy yogurt (the coconut variety) with protein muesli and sometimes some red fruit. I exercise and walk very regularly, so in addition to the existing protein from the kernels, I also add some extra protein powder. Is absolutely not a must, but for me it works well.

In addition to this story, I am also a bon vivant at heart and want to make my meals a party as well. So on the weekends, I usually eat my yogurt with the granola. The main ingredient of this granola is the granola, add a few ingredients and Voila! Also very tasty for the kids, but with some sugars in the form of honey.

Then I am also often on the road, or busy with a job and then for me the most ideal thing is: a bar. Of course, there are a lot of protein bars on the market nowadays. But I prefer to make them myself, so I know what's in them. They also have a long shelf life if you pack them airtight, and the main ingredient here is also the granola.

OK, There we go for a big stash.
